About the Opportunity We're excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our Kurrajong Team in a full-time position. This is a full-time role, working 38 hours per week with flexibility across weekdays, evenings and weekends as required. Position Purpose The Social Connections Coordinator is responsible for the coordination and growth of Kurrajong’s Social Connections service. The role manages the planning and delivery of Social Connections activities and supports, including program scheduling, staff rostering and participant coordination, ensuring services are person-centred, well organised, compliant and responsive to demand. Key Responsibilities Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to: Coordinate and deliver engaging Social Connections programs across weekdays, evenings and weekends. Plan group and individual activities aligned with participant goals, interests and NDIS plans. Match participants to appropriate activities and supports to maximise engagement and outcomes. Monitor attendance, feedback and program effectiveness, making adjustments as needed. Coordinate staff rosters, shift coverage and communication to ensure smooth service delivery. Support, guide and assist with onboarding and training of staff. Identify opportunities to grow the service and develop new programs based on participant needs and community demand. Build strong relationships with participants, families, staff and stakeholders while ensuring compliance, accurate records and high-quality service delivery. Salary Packaging This position is remunerated between $81,906 and $86,500 Annual Leave Loading Super Salary Packaging.
